The Role
As a Field Sales Agent, you’ll be out in the field, engaging directly with potential customers door-to-door in small teams in pre-designated areas. You'll work alongside your sales manager, bringing EE’s top-notch broadband solutions to your community.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage in door-to-door sales in small enthusiastic teams.
- Convert prospects into happy EE customers.
- Work towards individual and team sales targets in your designated area.
- Represent the EE brand during meetings, delivering engaging presentations.
- Maintain accurate customer records and provide management with feedback.
- Keep a positive attitude while driving toward your goals.
What You’ll Bring:
- Be 18 or over – you'll be signing contracts.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- The ability to travel around your chosen area.
- Confidence, resilience, and strong communication skills.
- Active listening and an understanding of customer needs.
- Excellent persuasion skills and the ability to build lasting rapport.
- Data analysis skills to track your performance.

- Previous experience in a customer facing role or field sales.
