Amazing opportunity to work for Inventory On The House to carry out Inventory reports (check ins & checkouts ). Earn MONEY in your spare time or in between jobs.
To provide coverage SPECIFICALLY in and around the following areas:
Slough and surrounding area.
Our clients are large scale property management companies and high profile letting agents.
We pride ourselves in the quality of the reports we deliver on time every time and that can only come with a dedicated team of which you will be a part.
· Self-Employed position with the flexibility to choose the days.
· Ideally available to work most Saturdays in month, plus other weekends and the 1st and last of each month where demand and job numbers are higher
· £45 – £100 per property inspection completed (max 4 in one day is realistic) dependant on property size
· Potential earnings of £1500 to £3000 per month dependant on time of year and your availability
Ideally we require experienced clerks who can 'hit the ground running'. We use Inventory Base software app but if you do not have experience of that, we can offer comprehensive training which will have you up and running in no time at all.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Preferred - Have at least ONE years’ experience compiling property inventory reports using Inventory Base App.
· Possess excellent written and spoken English.
· Ability to sometimes work to tight timescales.
· Fully IT literate and access to an iPHONE/iPAD (Not Android)
· A very good eye for detail.
· Punctual and reliable.
· Good time and self-management skills.
· Smartly dressed (no trainers or jeans).
· Good communication skills, with the ability to deal with important clients and partners in a professional and clear manner.
· Means to travel to jobs quickly at your own expense. Most job are close proximity to our local agents.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Picking and dropping keys to/from agents/concierge
- Carrying out the property inspection (inventory) using your iPHONE using our Inventory Base App.
- Meet and greet with tenants and walk through property.
- Get tenant signatures for key hand over.
- Uploading of reports from your smartphone to our backend servers
This is an ideal job is you want additional source of income in between your other job you may have. Hours to suit you.
