What are we looking for in this position?
- Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the managing director and management team.
- Manage diaries, mailboxes and executive communications for the management team.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and various other materials for internal and external meetings.
- Oversee and streamline business processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and track the progress of various projects and KPIs, to ensure timely completion.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure collaboration and alignment across different teams and departments.
- Identify challenges and proactively develop solutions to business obstacles.
- Oversee the financial processes in the organisation, processing invoices, loading payments, coordinating customer payments and support with the production of monthly accounts
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organised, professional, and efficient working environment.
- Adherence to the company management systems and QHSES responsibilities as defined within the overview and context of the organisation document.
What will we need you to have?
- Office-based in London.
- A minimum of 2-Years Experience in a similar role.
- Effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- A keen eye for detail ensuring precision.
What will you get?
- £35,000-£50,000 per annum.
