This isn’t just cold-calling. You’ll be working with warm, qualified leads generated by our lead-gen team. Your job? Close deals, smash targets, and take-home serious commission.
You’ll speak to business owners and decision-makers, find the right energy solution for them, and seal the deal with confidence and personality.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Taking warm leads and turning them into signed energy contracts
- Having engaged, consultative conversations with SME customers
- Negotiating the best deals with suppliers and customers
- Managing your pipeline and following up like a pro
- Hitting (and smashing) monthly sales targets
- Bringing energy, positivity, and drive to the team every day
What We’re Looking For
- Proven B2B sales experience (energy industry experience = big bonus)
- Natural closer with killer objection-handling skills
- Target-driven with a competitive edge – you love hitting goals
- Great communicator who builds rapport easily
- Someone who’s hungry for commission and motivated by success
- Resilient, coachable, and up for a fast-paced environment
