As our Ecommerce Executive, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the online trading and commercial performance of our websites. You'll play a key role in optimising the ecommerce site to drive sales, improve conversion rates and enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily management of the ecommerce website (product uploads, pricing, promotions).
- Work with the marketing team on email campaigns, paid advertising, and SEO strategies.
- Monitor site performance, user journeys, and conversion funnels to identify improvement opportunities.
- Analyse customer behaviour and sales data to generate actionable insights.
- Stay on top of ecommerce trends, technologies, and competitors.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in an ecommerce, digital marketing, or online trading role.
- Degree or equivalent level qualification in a relevant subject
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento etc.).
- Comfortable using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Good working knowledge of digital marketing channels (email, PPC, SEO).
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
- A proactive mindset and a passion for ecommerce and customer experience.
