Overview
Phase Electrical Distributors Ltd is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Ecommerce Executive to join our growing Digital Department. This role is vital to the daily success of our ecommerce operations, ensuring product listings are optimised, promotional campaigns run smoothly, and our customers enjoy a seamless online experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Add, update, and maintain product listings including descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing.
- Monitor product performance and availability, ensuring discontinued or out-of-stock items are correctly managed.
- Use the CMS (Magento) platform to manage all front-end changes.
- Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to plan and execute online promotions, campaigns, and product launches.
- Monitor site performance, sales trends, and customer behaviour to help drive conversion and revenue growth.
- Ensure on-site SEO best practices are followed for maximum visibility and ranking.
- Support in reporting and analysis of ecommerce KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an ecommerce, digital marketing, or online trading role.
- Proficient with ecommerce platforms and CMS (e.g: Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce or Similar).
- Basic understanding of SEO principles (titles, meta descriptions, keywords).
- Ability to resize/edit images using tools like Photoshop or Canva.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Comfortable using Google Analytics or other performance tracking tools.
- A team player with strong communication skills and a positive, solutions-focused mindset.
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience working with product feeds and marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Google Shopping).
- Familiarity with SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Understanding of CRO principles or experience with A/B testing tools.
- A passion for digital commerce and staying up to date with industry trends.
