We are looking for an experienced Sales/Admin specialist to join our team rapidly growing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, day-day account management of our Amazon, Ebay, Onbuy & Shopify store, product selection and pricing, customer service, and product analysis.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce trends and technologies, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to take their career to the next level in the online ecommerce space.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain e-commerce websites (AMAZON, EBAY, ONBUY, Shopify WEBSITE)
- Create and manage product listings on e-commerce sites.
- Analyse website traffic and user behavior to identify areas of improvement.
- Optimize website content for search engine rankings.
- Develop strategies to increase website traffic and conversions.
- Develop customer service policies and procedures for e-commerce sites.
- Manage customer relationships and inquiries.
- Packing & Dispatching goods
- Liaising with Suppliers for returned goods
- Offer basic level of Customer service to online customers
Skills:

Working independently
Basic to Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills (Especially Excel)
Good Level of Communication Skills
Has sold on any ecommerce platform such as Ebay, Amazon, Etsy, Vinted, Depop, Wix, Shopify (Preferred)

3 days a week Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
