🚀 About the Role As a key leader within the Quantum Metric Partnerships Team, the Director, EMEA Channel Partnerships will play a pivotal role in driving significant growth and scale through our strategic cloud, technology, and solution partners across EMEA. This role will work directly with Quantum Metric sales and Customer Success teams, alongside EMEA GTM leaders, as well as our channel partners' field sales and executive teams. You will define and execute the EMEA ecosystem strategy, identify and onboard key partners, establish best practices for joint go-to-market initiatives, and broadly enable all stakeholders on the value of Quantum Metric within our partner ecosystems.
The Director, EMEA Channel Partnerships will be the primary partner resource for all channel-related initiatives within the EMEA region. This role will be expected to establish trust and credibility, lead regional partner sales managers, and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including account executives, regional VPs, marketing, sales engineering, and customer success, while flawlessly executing our partner sales processes and delivering on all key performance metrics and outcomes.
