About The Role
Practice Plus Group are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Personal Assistant to join our national network, supporting our National Medical Directors within our Integrated Urgent Care (IUC) division.
You will provide efficient and smooth administrative assistance to our IUC Medical Directors, the base for this role can be flexible and even home based, but you will need to travel to our Uxbridge office occasionally. You will lean on your excellent relationship building skills to develop working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
This role is offering 24 hours over 4 days (Mon – Thurs 9am-3pm) but we are open to discussion for the right candidate.

What you'll be doing
- Manage diaries, travel, and hotel bookings for allocated Directors, ensuring compliance with organisational and expenses policies
- Process expense claims accurately in line with Practice Plus Group guidelines.
- Prepare Directors for meetings by collating briefing materials, assembling detailed packs, and organizing meeting logistics.
- Proactively manage and prioritise incoming emails to ensure timely responses and no missed correspondence.
- Organise meetings and liaise with internal and external stakeholders; attend meetings to take minutes, track actions, and provide administrative support.
- Assist with report collation/formatting, presentation development, and provide project administration support on ad hoc Director-led projects.
What we’ll look for in you
- Experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant is essential - ideally at SLT / Director level
- Knowledge of healthcare industry, ideally previously working with clinical staff.
- GCSE (or equivalent) English and Maths at grade A–C
- Efficient use of MS Office systems
- Excellent communication skills and articulate at communicating with staff at all levels.
- Good time management and prioritisation skills.
