The Role
We’re looking for a skilled Customer Support Technician – a qualified or highly experienced bicycle/ebike technician with the technical knowledge to help our customers remotely. While this role is primarily office-based, your hands-on experience means you’ll be ready to:
- Respond to technical queries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and resolve faults from a distance.
- Handle warranty claims with efficiency and accuracy.
- Lend a hand in the workshop when needed.
Every day will bring new challenges, from simple fixes to complex troubleshooting – making this a role that’s as varied as it is rewarding.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll need to hit the ground running with strong industry knowledge and top-tier technical skills. Specifically:
- Cytech or equivalent qualification (or proven high-level expertise).
- Solid knowledge of Bosch and Yamaha drive systems (experience with Shimano, Fazua, and Mahle is a big plus).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
Bonus Skills (Not essential, but great to have):
- Ability to diagnose complex electrical faults beyond factory diagnostics.
- Experience with supplier systems like Madison, MBPS, and Accentry.
