TWE are currently recruiting for a Customer Service / Administrator to join our fast paced Transport Office.
This is a full time role with the hours of 10:00 - 17:00, Monday - Friday.
Job Duties
- Communicating via telephone & email with customers and suppliers.
- Communicate via telephone with HGV drivers regarding queries with there deliveries and collections.
- Work together in an open plan transport office with a team of 6.
- Make sure paperwork is received back and filed/uploaded to the relevant places.

- Be confident working with a team in high pressured environment
- Have good attention to detail
- Be motivated and assertive
- An outgoing personality would help fit into the fast paced environment
- Experience using Microsoft Office programs
- Confidence on using the telephone
- Be very organised
Full uniform and training will be supplied.

Pay: £22,750.00 per year
