As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing expert support and guidance.
What you'll be doing:
- Providing exceptional support to our customers via phone and email
- Handling inquiries, resolving complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Updating customer records and processing service requests
- Handle mid-term adjustments and cancellations
- Proactively engage with clients in relation to outstanding information
- Liaise with insurers and underwriters
- Maintain up-to-date customer records and follow FCA guidelines
Salary is dependant on experience.
