We seek a customer service advisor to join our friendly and passionate team. The ideal candidate will have a passion and drive for the industry and possess excellent mechanical knowledge, attention to detail, independence and dedication to delivering a high-quality service. Candidates should have:
- Experience and basic knowledge of the industry
- A positive attitude and work ethic, with a high level of professionalism
- Good ability to problem solve and work individually
- Ability to communicate well within the team
Duties:
- Being the primary point of contact for customer with bookings, queries and updates
- In charge of phone calls, emails, messages and billing for customers
- Parts management
- Liasing with the workshop to ensure cars meet customer deadlines and problem solving where needed
- Marketing with our social media platforms and keeping the website up to date
