Customer Service Advisor – Student Accommodation
Hatfield | 6-Month Contract (potential to go permanent) | 9am–5pm, Mon–Fri
Visa sponsorship not available – applicants must have the right to work in the UK
We’re looking for a friendly, proactive Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Curzon Point. You’ll be the first point of contact for our residents, ensuring they feel at home from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome students and support move-in/move-out.
- Handle queries, maintenance requests, and inspections.
- Manage social media content (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
- Support lettings, viewings, and occupancy targets.
- Organise student events and community activities.
- Liaise with maintenance/cleaning teams.
What we’re looking for:
- 1+ year of customer service experience.
- Confident communicator with problem-solving skills.
- Organised, creative, and social-media savvy.
- Team player, able to use basic IT systems.
- Based in or near Hatfield.
