What you'll do
As a CRM Marketing Executive at Sainsbury's, you will play a crucial role in driving customer engagement and loyalty through the design and execution of targeted marketing campaigns. Collaborating with internal teams, agencies, and analytics experts, you will be responsible for scoping, testing, and implementing new campaign ideas to enhance customer experience and drive business growth. By leveraging your creative and analytical skills, you will ensure that campaigns are delivered effectively across multiple channels, aligning with brand guidelines and key events in the customer plan. Your success will be measured by your ability to deliver on customer and commercial metrics, manage campaign budgets, and foster strong relationships with stakeholders and agency partners to achieve impactful and customer-centric marketing strategies.
Who you are
As a CRM Marketing Executive at Sainsbury's, you are a driven and creative professional with a passion for designing and implementing customer-centric marketing campaigns to drive business growth and long-term loyalty. With your expertise in end-to-end delivery of direct marketing campaigns, strong project management skills, and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and agencies, you play a crucial role in shaping and executing targeted campaigns that resonate with customers and deliver measurable results. Your keen eye for detail, strategic mindset, and ability to analyse campaign performance metrics enable you to make data-driven decisions and continuously optimise campaign strategies for maximum impact.
Essential criteria
Passion and Knowledge: Demonstrated experience and knowledge of CRM programme design and implementation.
Experience: Proven experience in the end-to-end delivery of direct marketing campaigns, from brief to deployment.
Creative and Communication Skills: A demonstrated understanding of proposition development, content strategy, creative development, channel integration, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Data Confidence and Analytical Skills: Experience interpreting and using data to understand and drive forward campaign performance.
