We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking CSCS Labourer to join our team on-site. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various construction activities, ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and cleaning of construction sites
- Carry out general labouring duties as directed by site supervisors
- Load and unload materials and equipment from lorries
- Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
- Operate basic tools and machinery as required
- Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks, ensuring timely completion of projects
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area
Experience
- Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential
- A valid CSCS card is required for this position
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team setting
- Strong physical fitness to perform manual tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members and supervisors
