Classic & Sports Finance is the most established intermediary for the specialist finance of luxury assets including high value modern, historic and race cars, boats, aviation and lifestyle products. A small boutique business in the sector and highly respected for delivering effective and market leading financial solutions.
Agile in nature, the business is seeking strong growth this year and requires the support of a special individual to take a supporting role in our sales and marketing functions. Multiple skill sets are required and the ability to embrace and often lead change in a challenging but enjoyable environment. The position would ideally suit a candidate within a similar role or a graduate of an associated degree.
Role Purpose
Marketing – Create and produce marketing materials in line with company guidelines and values, in both print and digital form including social media. Additional marketing duties will include organising events, travel and ensuring we adhere to our brand guidelines and values across the business.
You will be creative, energetic, forward thinking and have an absolute attention to detail. The ability to communicate with business partners at all levels is essential along with the skill to support and at times lead the team around you.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating and produce and post blog posts, articles and marketing materials on the company’s website and social media pages
- Enhance our online activity through SEO, PPC, social media, and email campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase conversions
- Supporting the day-to-day administration of the sales operations
- Demonstrate liaison skills between, clients, lenders and our sales operation
- Actively maintaining our CRM database
- Supporting the Directors where necessary
- Creating newsletter and email marketing campaigns by designing and creating email templates, managing email databases via Campaign Monitor or MailChimp
- Maintain the brand identity and values
- Manage planning and execution of company events, track days
- Experience of using Wordpress, Google Ads and Analytics
- Managing the website and its development
- Assist with the new digital channel development projects and lease with the external agencies.
- Managing marketing budgets and ensuring efficient allocation of resources
Essential Skills
- Proven track record in managing paid advertising campaigns across Google, Linkedin and Meta platforms.
- Experience with SEO, website CMS platforms, and email marketing automation tools.
- Able to create and edit visual assets using design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Canva).
- Be creative and forward thinking
- Educated to degree level in a relevant field
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office programs
- Highly organised with the ability to demonstrate agility in multi-tasking
- Excellent and confident communication skills (written and spoken) combined with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to embrace and often lead change
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
