Are you passionate about creating meaningful consumer experiences through data-driven CRM strategies? Do you thrive in collaborative environments and love turning insights into action? If so, we’d love to hear from you!

We’re looking for a CRM Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our consumer-centric CRM and Loyalty plans. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on how we engage, retain, and delight our customers across multiple categories.

You will be required to have the right to work in the UK to be considered for this role. Relocation support for this role is not available.

What you’ll be doing

Strategy & Campaigns

  • In close collaboration with the CRM Manager, lead the design and delivery of CRM campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to build engaging, on-brand experiences.
  • Use data and insights to drive segmentation and personalised communications.

Performance & Optimisation

  • Partner with our CRM Tech Lead to analyse journey performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Investigate issues and implement fixes to ensure smooth CRM operations.

Consumer Experience

  • Champion a personalised, seamless online experience that fosters long-term loyalty.
  • Identify consumer pain points and unmet needs, and turn them into opportunities.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work cross-functionally with teams including Brand, CX, E-commerce, Legal, and Commercial.
  • Align with global standards and best practices while prioritising high-impact activities.

What You’ll Bring

  • A strategic, consumer-first mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Confidence in managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to lead projects independently while knowing when to seek support.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus, but not essential).
