About the Role
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Specialist to lead the enhancement and optimisation of an organisation’s CRM systems. This role plays a critical part in advancing digital capabilities and improving how the organisation engages with its stakeholders, customers, and partners.
The role will focus on improving data integration, user journeys, and system performance, while supporting future innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and improve Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to support stakeholder engagement and operational processes.
- Ensure data integrity and support meaningful data insights across the organisation.
- Lead change and improvement projects related to the CRM system in collaboration with internal teams.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Provide training and documentation for CRM users.
- Support future readiness for intelligent and automated systems through improved data models and system logic.
- Ensure all CRM-related activity complies with data protection and privacy regulations.
Skills and Experience
CRM Management and Development:
- Strong experience customising Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Experience building custom apps with Power Apps.
- Knowledge of CRM data structures, roles, and security models.
System Integration and Data:
- Proven experience integrating CRM with third-party systems using APIs
- Experience migrating data from legacy systems to Dynamics CRM.
CMS Integration:
- Experience integrating CRM with a content management system
- Basic front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for web-related customisation.
Reporting and Compliance:
- Proficient in Power BI for building reports and dashboards.
- Understanding of data protection standards such as GDPR.
