Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of customer relationship management systems and marketing strategies. This role involves managing our CRM platform(s), enhancing customer engagement, and driving marketing initiatives to improve customer retention and satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with the IT and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of various tools and strategies.
Duties
- Manage and optimise the CRM system to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to engage customers effectively.
- Analyse customer data to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the IT department to ensure the CRM system integrates well with other platforms such as email marketing platforms, Google Ads and SEO tools.
- Organise and maintain customer records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials that align with organisational goals.
- Monitor the performance of email marketing campaigns, providing reports on effectiveness and areas for improvement.
- Support the team in managing digital marketing campaigns with audiences from the CRM to enhance online visibility.
Requirements
- Proven experience in CRM management and email marketing.
- Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and best practices.
- Knowledge of Search marketing principles and experience in digital marketing is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using email marketing for customer communication and marketing outreach is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
- A keen eye for detail, ensuring high-quality outputs in all tasks undertaken.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
