To support our growth, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance & Data Administrator to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Compliance Management
- Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, Health & Safety compliance).
- Maintain records and documentation for audits, accreditations, and certifications.
- Monitor and update compliance registers (training, risk, supplier, etc.).
- Data & Systems Administration
- Manage data entry and reporting across SharePoint, Power BI, and other internal systems.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of company records.
- Support project teams with document control, version management, and filing structures.
- Generate compliance and performance reports for leadership.
- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to operations and project managers.
- Assist with scheduling, internal communications, and document preparation.
- Liaise with suppliers and clients to collect and organise compliance documentation.
- Support onboarding processes with compliance checks and training record updates.
Essential Criteria
- Proven experience in an administrative, compliance, or data management role.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable Criteria
- Experience supporting ISO 9001 or other management system frameworks.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety compliance and documentation.
- Familiarity with Power BI, data analysis, or CRM systems.
- Experience in the energy, engineering, or construction sector.
