Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Services Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support throughout their journey with us. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability multitask. Familiarity with CRM Systems is advantageous but not a requirement, as it will be used to manage client interactions and data.
Responsibilities
- General administration duties.
- Setting up new clients and sites ensuring all details are up to date.
- Scheduling and booking in jobs
- Liaising with in house operations teams
- Answering calls
Experience
- At least 2 years experience in an administrative/client services role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Strong Microsoft office skills including the use of Outlook, Word and Excel
- Familiarity with CRM systems is desirable.
- Used to multitasking and prioritising your work load with minimal supervision
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
