We’re looking for a confident, motivated Client Relations Representative to join our fast-paced team in Manchester. You’ll be speaking with live leads only no cold calling and helping clients find the right solutions through clear, friendly, and professional conversations.

What You’ll Do:
- Speak with live leads via phone, email, and chat
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent service
- Provide accurate, helpful advice to support informed decisions
- Maintain clear and organised client records using our CRM
