Client & Operations Coordinator – £14.00 per hour
Location: Maldon / Chelmsford, Essex
Hours: Part-time working towards full time or job share 10 - 20 hours per week)

The Clean Leaf Company is a luxury, eco-conscious cleaning and property services business in Essex. We’re looking for a highly organised and friendly Client & Operations Coordinator to help keep our business running smoothly.
You must be good with excel and understand quickly other software!
What You’ll Do
- Handle client enquiries via phone, email, and social media.
- Book cleaning appointments and send confirmations.
- Schedule staff shifts and organise cover when needed.
- Arrange DBS checks for staff.
- Order cleaning products, uniforms, and equipment.
- Keep stock records and conduct regular stock checks.
- Assist with social media posts and promotions.
- Support with admin tasks such as invoicing and customer follow-up.

What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication skills.
- Confident with email, spreadsheets, and booking systems.
- Good organisational and multitasking ability.
- Experience in admin, scheduling, or customer service.
- Able to work independently and problem-solve.
- Friendly and professional approach with clients and staff. Word and excel knowledge is a must.
