Location: Broadhurst House, Oxford Street, M1 6EU
Hours: Full-time, 7.5-hour shifts between Monday–Friday (8 AM–8 PM) & Saturdays (9 AM–3 PM). Overtime available during evenings & weekends (WFH).
Salary: OTE £25,500– £30,000 (Basic £22,000 – £25,000 DOE + Commission £3,600 – £6,000 p/a)

About the Role:
As a Cosmetic Enquiry Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients exploring cosmetic procedures, guiding them from initial enquiry to consultation. Your role is a blend of sales, customer care, and relationship-building, ensuring every patient receives a 5-star experience.
You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, providing expert advice on treatments, pricing, and surgeon profiles while converting leads into booked consultations. We offer a competitive commission structure, ongoing training, and a dynamic team environment where your success is rewarded.

Desirable: Experience in cosmetic/aesthetic sales, healthcare, or handling VIP clients.
