Specialist Children’s Service – Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services 37 hour Post West Centre 9.00-1700/1630 Monday - Friday 18.5 hour Post – Woodside Health Centre (preferred hours 1.15pm – 5.00pm) Monday to Friday.
Specialist Children’s Services support teams within Community Paediatrics, CAMHS and Neurodevelopmental Service. These posts primarily support the CAMHS Service with cover of other services when required.
We are looking for a candidate who has good communication skills and is keen to work within an established business support team. Day to day duties include managing calls, emails, referral management, booking patient appointments and diary management for the multidisciplinary team.
You should have excellent time management skills as you will be required to manage you time effectively You may need to be able to work independently when required but primarily be able to work well within a team.
Positive interaction with patients and other members of the public is also a key part of this role Interview selection will be based on the attached person specification.
