Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same? We have a great opportunity for a Business Support Assistant to join our Operations team.
Providing administrative support across our Parks and Open Spaces, Waste, Commercial and Street Scene Enforcement teams, you will act as a point of contact for customers and offer advice and assistance on a range of queries.
You will also organise and take minutes at meetings, develop and maintain databases, prepare paperwork and reports, and raise and process invoices.
This is a part-time, permanent role. We offer flexible working arrangements, with a mix of home and office working.
With proven administration and customer service experience, you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
You will also have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team and be comfortable with multitasking and adapting priorities. This is a fast-paced role in a busy team, so a can-do attitude, along with a flexible and pro-active approach to your work, is essential.
