Based at Computershare’s office in Bristol, you will support and work seamlessly with regional Client Service teams in our chosen markets who are responsible for managing client relationships and professional services engagements.
The Business Support Administrator will perform a variety of service delivery and business administration activities according to client and business needs.

The Business Support Administrator will follow operating procedures and will be part of a learning and development programme with the opportunity to begin a long-term career within the team.
Reporting to a Manager, this role will support regional client service teams managing entity governance and compliance managed service engagements and projects for clients. Clients are typically large listed multinational organisations and financial services companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- The tracking and maintaining of annual statutory compliance deadlines
- Coordinating and/or producing board and shareholder resolutions
- Maintaining records on systems, calendars and mailboxes
- Producing meeting agendas and a range of administrative corporate documents
- Registered office and process agent administration
- Preparing and/or attending to document filings at public registries
- Performing Know Your Client (KYC) due diligence and supporting client service teams with onboarding activities.
- Developing and maintaining service delivery and operational guidelines, templates, processes, tools and materials Working within a collaborative and supportive team environment.
What will you bring to the role?
The post holder will need to have proficient IT skills including the Microsoft Office Suite, in particular, Word, Excel and Power Point . Any experience of legal entity management systems would also be an advantage, but appropriate training will be provided.

- Whilst not essential, it would be useful for applicants to possess a basic knowledge of, and interest in, corporate administration.
- Attention to detail, this is key for a role of this nature
