The Business Administrator Apprentice will support and engage with various parts of the organisation, interacting with internal and external customers. This role focuses on adding value and improving organisational efficiency through administrative support, cross-team collaboration, and issue resolution. The apprentice will develop a broad skill set and behaviours that support progression into management roles.

Entry Requirements
GCSE Grades A*–C in English and Maths (desirable). Basic IT skills. Final selection at the discretion of the employer.
Apprenticeship Structure
- Minimum 12 months of on-programme learning.
- Regular performance reviews and portfolio development.
- End-point assessment includes:
- Knowledge Test (20%)
- Portfolio Interview (40%)
- Project Presentation (40%)
- Provide administrative support across departments, including document production, data entry, and correspondence.
- Use IT systems (e.g., MS Office) to create proposals, reports, and manage databases.
- Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information in line with company procedures.
- Organise meetings and events, including logistics and minute-taking.
- Participate in and lead projects using project management tools and principles.
- Communicate effectively across various platforms and with diverse stakeholders.
- Apply problem-solving skills to improve processes and resolve issues.
- Demonstrate professionalism and a proactive attitude in all tasks.
