ACS Aviation at Perth Airport are looking for an Operations Assistant to support the business working at both weekdays and weekends. The job will involve indoor and outdoor work.
The position will assist the operations team and ensure that the entire operation is efficiently coordinated and deliver a high level of service to our customers whilst communicating effectively and disseminating key information throughout the company.
Airside Accountabilities include:
- Promote a smart and professional image to our customers at all times
- Re-fuelling of company and visiting aircraft
- Protection of aircraft during inclement weather
- Airport wildlife control management
- Process credit card payments
- Reconcile daily fuel usage
- Co-ordinate aircraft refuelling, oil replenishments and aircraft de-icing
- Liaise with all departments
- Ensure safety is never comprised
Landside Accountabilities include:
- Telephone call handling
- Email handling and communication
- Coordinate flying training programme
- Coordinate aircraft defects and scheduled maintenance
- Sell upgrades and pilot supplies to customers
- Process cash and credit card payments
- Mail handling
- Liaise with all departments
- Ensure safety is never comprised
