We're looking for an experienced Administrator to join our North Northamptonshire Delivery Team based in Wellingborough Depot. In this role you'll support the delivery team with administrative tasks for both the delivery team and Transport Manager, management of the Premises Management documents and the management of visitors to the premises.

Location: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required
Hours: Permanent Fulltime 35 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us
Salary: £22,932 per year + benefits

What will you be responsible for?
As an Administrator, you'll provide daily administration support including data entry for the maintenance teams and offering supporting to other teams working at the depot.
Your day to day will include:
- Managing meeting room bookings and induct visitors to our premises
- Manage office consumables and assist with premises management, ensuring that documents and checks are up to date
- Support the admin team with data entry, ability to manage data and accurately transfer into systems and databases
What are we looking for?
This role of Administrator is great if you:
- Can prioritise workload and work well under pressure within a team
- Admin experience in a similar or supporting role
- Advanced IT skills in Microsoft
