PART TIME - ADMINISTRATIVE DATABASE INPUT / SECRETARIAL ADMINISTRATOR (Business operations)
Experienced administrative person required for Colchester based office of a national company.
Efficient and pleasant modern working environment serving major City & Global clients in a support role. Job role training given.
Suitable applicant will possess excellent communication skills and confident pleasant manner with current to date knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook. Accurate computer ability essential. Salary rate is pro rata.
Confidentiality and credibility imperative plus a good command of the English language with coherent telephone manner. Able to blend with current team, computer accuracy & literacy essential
This is an interesting and responsible position. Commencement is anticipated as soon as possible due to expanding client workload.
4 day working 9-5 week to include Monday & Friday. Additional hours may be required on occasions dependant on workload thus a degree of flexibility is essential.
Partial working from home at times in accordance with Company discretion may be possible once fully trained.

Exemplary & verifiable 5 year employment history & references essential. Staff security clearance is required by our clients.
