Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Secretary to join our team in providing comprehensive administrative support. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient office operations and supporting senior management.
Responsibilities:
- Utilise computerised systems for managing information and data
- Perform various administrative and clerical tasks with precision and attention to detail. Including manual filing and maintaining records
- Efficiently type documents, (mainly using audio) reports, and correspondence as needed including despatch of documents by email and enveloped post
- Support senior management with any other ad-hoc tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Completely computer literate
- Proven experience in a secretarial or administrative role
- Proficient typing abilities with high accuracy levels
