The Role
We’re on the lookout for a friendly and organised Administrative Assistant to join our team. You’ll often be the first face (and voice) people see and hear, so being approachable and professional is key.
Hours - Permanent full-time/part-time considered
Salary - Competitive and based on experience
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting visitors and offering refreshments
- Answering phones and handling enquiries
- Managing diaries for the partner and manager
- Arranging client appointments and follow-ups
- Typing letters, invoices, and reports using mail merge software
- Assisting with marketing tasks
- Handling and scanning incoming mail
- Organising and maintaining electronic files
- Franking and sending outgoing mail
- Updating our systems manual and databases
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Strong typing and written communication skills
- Organised, analytical, and adaptable
- Reliable and able to multitask in a busy office
