We are seeking a motivated individual to join our expanding Residential Property Department as an Administrative Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow within a professional environment. No previous experience is necessary as full training will be provided.
Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the Residential Property Department, including data inputting and distribution of correspondence. Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records. Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner. Cover reception duties as required, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors.
Requirements: Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills, highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise work. Proficient in computerised systems such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Exel). Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Initiative and a keen willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
