Job Title: Sales Representative Reports to: Team Leader / Sales Manager
Location: Various locations across Essex & Greater London (field-based) --- Role
Overview As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of our organization, engaging directly with members of the public to promote and sell our campaigns. Your primary focus will be on building rapport, presenting our services or causes confidently, and securing sign-ups or sales while upholding the highest standards of professionalism. --- Key Responsibilities Proactively approach potential customers in residential areas, presenting our products, services, or charity campaigns. Deliver engaging, persuasive pitches that connect with the customer’s interests and needs. Answer questions, overcome objections, and close sales confidently. Maintain a positive attitude and high energy throughout the day, representing the company brand with pride. Achieve or exceed daily and weekly sales targets. Record customer information accurately for processing. Work collaboratively with team members to share strategies and maintain morale. Continuously develop sales skills through training and feedback. --- Skills & Attributes Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Resilient, with the ability to handle rejection positively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. --- Requirements No previous experience required — full training provided. Must be comfortable working outdoors and on the move.
