Job Summary

Join our team at IWM Duxford as a Conservator and play a crucial role in preserving our objects and ensuring their readiness for display, research, and loans. This position is essential in safeguarding their historical integrity, ensuring future generations can experience and enjoy them.

As Conservator (Objects) at IWM, you will perform conservation treatments as outlined in the method statements approved by the Conservation Manager. Your responsibilities will include producing risk assessments and method statements for identified activities, adhering to relevant COSHH guidelines and maintaining electronic records of completed work as specified in the job description.
