Pride of Place Leeds is seeking a passionate and experienced Workshop Facilitator to lead engaging sessions that support and empower the local LGBTQ+ community. This role is central to fostering inclusive, creative, and collaborative spaces within Leeds’ first LGBTQ+ centre and housing project.
Role Overview
As a Workshop Facilitator, you will design and deliver interactive sessions that align with Pride of Place Leeds’ mission to build a vibrant and inclusive community. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and facilitating workshops that promote community engagement and personal development.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure workshops meet the needs of diverse participants.
- Creating a safe and welcoming environment for all attendees.
- Gathering feedback to continually improve workshop content and delivery.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in facilitating workshops or similar group activities.
- Strong understanding of LGBTQ+ issues and a commitment to inclusivity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt workshop content to suit varying group dynamics and needs.

Pay: Up to £400.00 per day
