Working Construction Foreman

We are looking for an experienced working construction foreman to join our installation teams working throughout Scotland, Northern Ireland and the North of England.
THE ROLE:
· Supervise daily activities on site ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with company policies and safety regulations.
· Manage team members effectively , providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
· Carrying out general groundworks (kerbing, excavation, backfill, landscaping, fencing) and installation of play equipment. Must be competent in setting levels.
· Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to project specifications.
· Candidate will be based at our new warehouse in the North East of England.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
· Experience working in a similar role within the construction industry.
· Energetic with a focus on being proactive, organised and efficient.
· Strong understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to the industry.
· Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Effective communication skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team
· Familiarity with tools and equipment used in this field.
· Machine tickets up to 10T, digger and dumper
· Proven experience in general construction or play area construction
