THE ROLE
As a Supervisor at JJXX, you will lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. You will oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring efficient stock management, maintaining store standards, and driving visual merchandising. In this role, you'll provide guidance and support to Sales Assistants, manage shifts, and handle customer inquiries and complaints. You will also assist with training new staff, monitor performance, and ensure the store meets company guidelines and policies. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are key to succeeding in this role

WHAT IT TAKES
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security checks
- Ensure the store adheres to company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
- Train, coach, and develop Sales Assistants to improve performance and product knowledge.
- Monitor and manage team performance, providing feedback and conducting performance reviews.
- Support in achieving store targets, optimizing sales opportunities, and promoting store promotions.
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing through effective inventory management and merchandising.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain effective communication between the store team and management to ensure smooth operations
