We are looking for a reliable and friendly Weekend Team Member to join our team at Carrs Court. This role involves supporting the smooth operation of our dining area by maintaining a clean and welcoming environment and assisting with food service duties. Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine cleaning duties in dining and public areas (e.g. sweeping, mopping, wiping tables and surfaces, sanitizing high-touch areas)
- Set up and tidy the dining area before, during, and after service
- Assist in taking orders and serving food in a friendly and professional manner
- Clear tables, load/unload dishwasher, and manage waste and recycling in line with hygiene standards
- Restock dining supplies (cutlery, napkins, condiments, etc.) as needed
- Follow health and safety procedures, including food hygiene standards
- Support the wider team with any ad-hoc tasks to ensure excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Availability to work weekends
- Strong work ethic with a focus on cleanliness and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
- Previous experience in cleaning or food service is a plus, but not essential – training will be provided
Working hours are Saturday and Sunday 11am - 3pm.
