Looking for a weekend role that fits around your studies and gets you into a dynamic, friendly team? Frosts Garden Centre is on the lookout for a reliable and energetic Kitchen Porter to support our busy restaurant team on either Saturday or Sunday.
Whether you're after hands-on experience in a professional kitchen, or just keen to earn while you learn, this could be the perfect fit.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the kitchen team by ensuring a clean, safe and organised working environment
- Washing pots, pans, utensils and crockery quickly and efficiently
- Keeping kitchen floors and surfaces clean and hygienic at all times
- Assisting with basic food prep if required
- Emptying bins and ensuring waste is managed responsibly
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in line with food safety guidelines
- Helping to keep the flow of the kitchen smooth and efficient during busy periods
What we’re looking for:
- A can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck in
- Someone dependable, punctual and proactive
- Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- No previous experience necessary – just a great work ethic and eagerness to learn
