We are looking for a reliable, enthusiatic and experienced Weekend Supervisor to help lead our front of house team during busy weekend shifts. You'll ensure smooth operations, excellent customer service and support both staff and guests throughout service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise front-of-house and bar staff during weekend service
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service
- Oversee table management, reservations, and customer flow
- Handle guest queries or complaints efficiently and professionally
- Support event setup and coordination when required (e.g. weddings, live music)
- Ensure cleanliness, presentation, and safety standards are upheld
- Manage stock levels, cash handling, and closing procedures
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and management teams
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a hospitality supervisory or team leader role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Confidence in handling customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible, hands-on approach with a positive attitude
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety practices (training can be provided)
Desirable but Not Essential
- First Aid trained
- Experience with EPOS systems and table booking software
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
