Wedding & Events Front of House Staff
Location: Hidden River Cabins & Hidden River Barn (Rural Location – Own Transport Required)
Pay: Competitive, based on experience
Hours: Flexible – Weekday & Weekend Shifts Available

- Own transport due to rural location
General Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional attitude
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve meals and beverages in a timely manner
- Ensure tables are set up and cleared promptly between guests
- Process payments and handle cash/card transactions
- Assist in maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and kitchen staff
Event & Wedding Responsibilities:
- Set up event spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, and décor as per event requirements
- Welcome and direct guests, ensuring they have a positive experience
- Serve food and drinks during wedding receptions
- Assist with bar service
- Work alongside event coordinators to ensure smooth execution of the event
- Proactively anticipate guests’ needs and provide assistance where necessary
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness throughout the event
Teamwork & Efficiency:
- Work as part of a fast-paced, close-knit team to deliver seamless service
- Follow instructions from supervisors and event managers to meet high service standards
- Adapt to different roles within the restaurant and events as needed
- Think on your feet and troubleshoot any guest requests or challenges efficiently
Health & Safety:
- Follow all food hygiene and health & safety regulations
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including dining spaces and event areas
- Adhere to company policies regarding safe service of alcohol and guest well-being
