We are looking for a passionate Wedding & Events Coordinator to join our team at Carlton Hotel. In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of weddings and events including the administration, sales and operations are planned and executed to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the administration and coordination of weddings and events.
- Drive wedding bookings, maintaining and growing our reputation as a premier wedding venue.
- Manage and support the Wedding & Events team to deliver seamless events.
- Ensure all events align with company standards and exceed guest expectations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to create unforgettable experiences for couples and their guests.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Strong administration skills and a confident approach to sales.
- A proactive and hands-on attitude to event service delivery.
- Previous experience in weddings and events coordination.

Pay: £12.75-£13.50 per hour
