Role Title: Warehouse Team Member / FLT Driver
Annual Salary: £24,628.22
Working Hours: Day shift Monday – Friday 37 hours per week. 8am to 17:15 Monday to Thursday green period. Monday -Thursday 7:45am - 17:15pm and Friday 7am-15:00 in red period and 8am-17:15pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 7am till 1pm in yellow period.

What will this role achieve?
We are looking for two Warehouse Team Members / FLT Drivers which are a permanent positions in the Warehouse. As a Warehouse Team Member / FLT Driver your main responsibility is to receive raw materials and packaging into the Warehouse and supply the factory with goods and load and unload vehicles.
The role requires a proactive individual with a ‘can do’ attitude who is committed to maintaining high standards in the Warehouse whilst working as part of a dynamic team.
What will be your key deliverables?
- Support the production plan effectively with quality being the priority.
- Lead health and safety standards within the area to ensure all work safely.
- Ensure all health and safety standards are adhered to.
- Deliver products to the defined standard specifications.
- Use of Lean manufacturing tools and techniques.
- Deliver the Warehouse plan to maintain customer service levels.
- Demonstrate good communication skill.
- Delivering the ingredients and packaging to factories using the Fork Lift Trucks
- Physical role – walking around the factories/ office/ Warehouse.
- Additional ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Bring your experience
Essential
- Have an in-date Counterbalance and PPT license.
- Have an understanding of good manufacturing practices, HACCP and safety at work procedures.
- Have experience in stock taking
- Will demonstrate a willingness to work in a team environment and possess a positive attitude to change.
- Be able to multi-task and have the drive and tenacity to work under your own initiative
- We’re looking for people who are open to working flexibly and feel comfortable adapting to a fast-moving environment—with support available to help you succeed.
- Maintain high standards of Hygiene and Housekeeping.

- Understand zonal Key Performance Indicators
What does the recruitment process consist of?
Assessments – Swift Comprehensive Aptitude and a Workplace English assessment. These should take around 60 minutes to complete.
Interview – 45-60 minute competency-based interview based on our company values and your experience.
