Huboo is on the lookout for Warehouse Operatives – MHE to support our busy fulfilment operations, ensuring goods are received, stored, and moved accurately and efficiently across our warehouse. You’ll be working with MHE to pick, move, and replenish stock, playing a crucial role in keeping inventory flowing and customer orders fulfilled.

Your Responsibilities:
As a Warehouse Operative – MHE, you'll be responsible for ensuring smooth and accurate warehouse operations, with key duties including:
- Using MHE to pick up and move stock deliveries and shipments.
- Unloading goods, inspecting for discrepancies or damage, and reporting issues.
- Labelling, scanning, and updating inventory in the Warehouse Management System.
- Replenishing storage locations or forwarding items to picking/packing areas.
- Collaborating with colleagues across warehouse and packing teams.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment, following health & safety standards.
- Providing feedback to supervisors on stock issues, space management, or layout needs.
What We’re Looking For:
We’d love to hear from you if you have the following skills and attributes:
- A valid UK driving licence and licences to operate VNA, order picker, or forklift trucks.
- Comfortable with physical activities such as lifting, bending, reaching, and standing for long periods.
- Reliable, with excellent timekeeping and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills for reporting stock issues and updates.
- High attention to detail, ensuring stock is managed to brand and process guidelines.
- A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable experience:
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or stock receiving experience.
- Familiarity with handheld scanning devices and warehouse systems.
- Experience working in temperature-variable environments or rotating warehouse roles.

- Shift options:
- Monday–Friday: 8-hour shifts between 10:30am–6:30pm
- 4 on / 2 off: 8.5-hour shifts across a rotating schedule between 8am–8:30pm, covering 7 days a week
