Computer Disposal Experts is a leading IT Asset Disposal (ITAD) company, helping businesses securely dispose of redundant IT equipment in compliance with the WEEE Directive—without compromising on data security or environmental responsibility.
As our company continues to grow, we’re looking for a dedicated warehouse operative in a physically demanding warehouse to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, organised, and comfortable working with IT equipment in a warehouse setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Sort and organise incoming IT equipment for processing
- Maintain clean and tidy workspaces and support overall warehouse organisation
- Manually handle and move heavy equipment and pallets around the warehouse
- Assist with the safe removal of data-bearing components (e.g. hard drives)
- Operate pallet trucks and (ideally) forklifts to move equipment efficiently
- Assist with basic testing and visual inspection of IT devices
- Follow health and safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manual handling role
- Forklift truck experience/licence (preferred but not essential – training may be provided)
- Basic familiarity with IT equipment is an advantage
- Physically fit and able to lift/carry items safely
- Good attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Reliable and team-oriented

Pay: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
