FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL
RECYCLING OPERATIVE - SUPERVISOR
Monday to Friday: (8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm)
The Role:
To provide high quality supervisory skills on site. Carrying out recycling and waste management operations alongside your colleagues. Taking overall responsibility for day-to-day operations including working methods, daily reporting, Health & Safety, staff management and supervision.
Essential:
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and experience:
· Evidence of similar experience in similar role
· Evidence of experience of working for a busy team and ability to prioritise and multi- task
· Evidence of excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
· Experience of working in, or an understanding of the workings for a Recycling and Waste Management company
· Experience of Health and Safety and carrying out Risk Assessments
