Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by handling various tasks including stocking, picking and packing, receiving goods in and dispatching goods . This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Manage inventory using a Warehouse Management System to track stock levels and locations.
- Handle products with care, ensuring proper loading and unloading of goods.
- Perform picking and packing duties accurately to fulfil orders in a timely manner.
- Assist with shipping and receiving processes, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse to promote safety and efficiency.
- Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory management tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all warehouse operations run smoothly.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of prod handling procedures.
- Proficiency in operating forklifts; relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required, with a focus on safety practices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
